This medium roast reveals a smooth, well-balanced profile with delicate notes of citrus and chocolate, offering a refined and memorable cup.

  • Brewing Guide – Wild Arabica Coffee (Medium Roast)

    Grind Size

    • Coarse – French Press
    • Medium – Pour Over / Drip
    • Fine – Espresso

    Coffee-to-Water Ratio

    • 1–2 teaspoons (10–12g) per 180–200 ml water
      Adjust to taste for stronger or lighter brew

    Water Temperature

    90–96°C (just below boiling)

    Brewing Methods

    ☕ French Press (Full Body)

    • Add coarse ground coffee
    • Pour hot water and stir gently
    • Steep for 4 minutes
    • Press and serve

    ☕ Pour Over / Drip (Clean & Smooth)

    • Add medium ground coffee to filter
    • Pour a small amount of water to bloom (30 sec)
    • Slowly pour remaining water in circles
    • Total brew time: 2–3 minutes

    ☕ Espresso (Rich & Intense)

    • Use fine grind
    • Brew time: 25–30 seconds
    • Produces a bold, concentrated shot
