Brewing Guide – Wild Arabica Coffee (Medium Roast)
Grind Size
- Coarse – French Press
- Medium – Pour Over / Drip
- Fine – Espresso
Coffee-to-Water Ratio
- 1–2 teaspoons (10–12g) per 180–200 ml water
Adjust to taste for stronger or lighter brew
Water Temperature
90–96°C (just below boiling)
Brewing Methods
☕ French Press (Full Body)
- Add coarse ground coffee
- Pour hot water and stir gently
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Press and serve
☕ Pour Over / Drip (Clean & Smooth)
- Add medium ground coffee to filter
- Pour a small amount of water to bloom (30 sec)
- Slowly pour remaining water in circles
- Total brew time: 2–3 minutes
☕ Espresso (Rich & Intense)
- Use fine grind
- Brew time: 25–30 seconds
- Produces a bold, concentrated shot
