We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible — from our plantations to your cup.

Processing time

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and pack your order. During launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we will let you know if that is the case.

Carriers & delivery times

Orders ship from India via India Post EMS and Speed Post. International delivery typically takes 10–15 days from dispatch, depending on your destination and local customs handling.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel door to door.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import rules for food products before ordering.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct — we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info@teasforwildlife.com with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
